Ilya’s coaching style is individual and in some places goes beyond the frame of ICF. ☝️ This is a fusion of education and vast practical experience; trials, experiments, mistakes and victories in achieving both sports and business goals. It was developed at the intersection of his own 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience (online stores in the early 2000s, the RunLab running store chain, several successful and failed business projects), a short and bright corporate career (manager of the Moscow network of call centers of PJSC Rostelecom "in 2004-2006) and sports career; in orienteering (Master of Sports, Champion of Russia, 2-time winner of the Russian Cup) and triathlon - the most successful Russian in the Ironman 70.3 race (4 victories in the absolute standings) and the first and only Russian Ironman 70.3 World Champion in the age category.

His working style is not suitable for everyone; despite creating a supportive atmosphere, he is more demanding, uncompromising and results-oriented.
An individual feature of the work is the achievement of set goals through the digitization of results. Everything is like in sports - the result should be on the scoreboard.
